Eating Disorders, Chelmsford

Dietitian roles in eating disorders are not all the same.

Some are highly supported.
Some are very narrow.
Some give you space to develop.
Some quietly expect you to already have everything figured out.

I'm recruiting for a Dietitian in Chelmsford, working in an eating disorder setting.

This is likely to suit someone who wants their work to feel clinically meaningful, but also understands that eating disorder services are not easy environments.

There is complexity here. Risk. Engagement challenges. MDT working. Families, clinicians and patients all trying to move things forward, often at different speeds.

So this needs someone who is thoughtful, steady and clinically curious.

You don't necessarily need to be the finished article in eating disorders, depending on your wider experience. But you do need to be someone who wants to work properly in this space and is comfortable being part of a wider clinical environment.

The salary range is broad, up to £51,000, depending on experience.

But the real question is probably whether this gives you the right kind of clinical step.
